ORDERS & SHIPPING

Does KHULYO offer international shipping? Yes — we ship across the GCC and to selected countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and beyond. All orders are dispatched from our Dubai facility. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us at support@khulyo.com before placing your order and we will confirm availability for you.

How much does shipping cost? Standard delivery within the UAE is complimentary on every order — no minimum. Express delivery within the UAE is 50 AED. International rates start from 25 AED and are calculated at checkout based on your destination, always shown before you complete your order.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Within the UAE, express arrives in 1–2 business days and standard in 3–5. International orders arrive within 3–5 business days by express and 5–8 by standard, from dispatch. Customs and clearance procedures may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to be activated in the carrier's system.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at support@khulyo.com to initiate your return and our team will guide you through the process.

Who covers the return shipping cost? A flat return fee applies: 25 AED within the UAE, or the equivalent of your original shipping rate for international orders, deducted from your refund. Where the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match its description, KHULYO covers all costs in full.

Can I exchange an item? Yes. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The same flat return fee applies. Contact us at support@khulyo.com with your order details to get started.

Can I return an item purchased with a promo code or gift card? Items purchased using a promotional code or gift card are not eligible for return or refund.

PRODUCT & SIZING

How do I know which size to order? Each product page includes a Size Guide with detailed measurements. We also provide the model's measurements for reference so you can make the most informed choice.

What materials are used in KHULYO products? KHULYO garments are crafted from premium mercerized and liquid-ammonia finished cottons, selected for their hand-feel, structure and durability. Selected styles use technical blends for performance and drape. Full composition is listed on each individual product page.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payment options are displayed securely at checkout.
